Payment

• Credit Cards:
  We accept Mastercard, Visa or American Express for credit card purchases.
• Prepay by Check or Money Order:
  Please do not send cash through the mail, use check or money order. Payment must be made in US dollars.
• Open Account:
  Open account terms are net 30 days to qualified applicants. You will be contacted for credit references. Past due accounts are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum).

Standard Shipping Policy
Shipping charges of orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states are based on the dollar amount of your order. (Orders to HI and AK: customer pays the actual shipping charge.) These rates apply to normal UPS weight and dimensions. Shipping charges for items outside these weights and dimensions will be charged to the customer. Minimum order is $ 25.00. For orders under that amount, we must add a $5.00 handling fee.

• Shipping Icons:
  Shipped Next Day Air: add $ 17.95 to the order total. Choose overnight delivery option to reflect correct shipping cost on your receipt.
  Shipped Common Carrier: customer pays freight FOB shipping point.

Shipping Policy outside the United States
We will ship your order via UPS ground service or common carrier to a freight forwarder located in the continental United States. Actual shipping charges will be charged to the customer. The freight forwarder will then be completely responsible for arranging transport from the United States to your facility. Please note: some of the items we offer may not be sold outside the United States. Therefore, we cannot include them with your shipment. In that case, a Customer Service Representative will contact you.

Return Policy
Most unused stock items - with certain exceptions - may be returned within 60 days of purchase. It must be returned prepaid, and received in saleable condition. Exceptions include temperature-sensitive items (such as test kits and reagents), hazardous or dated items. Please call us as these are considered on a case by case basis.

To return any merchandise, call or e-mail us for shipping instructions and a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. This number will be your authorization to return the merchandise. Credit will be issued following receipt and inspection of returned merchandise.

Product defects and our shipping errors will be promptly corrected at no cost to our customers.

Warranty
Products not manufactured, assembled, modified or combined by Nelson- Jameson are warranted only to the extent of the warranties we receive from our supplier.

Repair, replacement or refund of the purchase price of products not meeting the specifications is the exclusive remedy under this warranty or any implied warranty. Nelson-Jameson shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from breach of any express or implied warranty.

Except for such warranty as Nelson-Jameson may receive from its supplier, there is no warranty of mechantibility or fitness for a particular purpose.
