Sanitary Storage and Transport

"Raw materials, other ingredients, and rework shall be held in bulk, or in containers designed and constructed so as to protect against contamination."

Storage containers for bulk food applications are made of materials approved for food contact. They are easily cleaned and come in a variety of sizes and shapes to make use of available storage space.
